Internal Recruiter

Citywide are currently seeking 2 Recruiters to join our People & Culture Team on 6 month Fixed Term contracts . We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can make an immediate impact and a Junior who is looking to develop their skills or start their recruitment journey!

This is a busy role that will see you recruiting for vacancies across the business and juggling multiple tasks – including liaising with Hiring Managers, building talent pools and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and progressing applications through to commencement of onboarding.

    • Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment or Administration role
  • Previous experience using Page Up (desirable)
  • The ability to meet short deadlines while maintaining high quality results
  • Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office
  • A proven ability and demonstrable track record of delivering results
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in having delivered outstanding customer service
