What you'll do:

• You will work closely with our digital team to build out robust test and learn plans to optimise our digital journeys. You will brief in all updates to our digital journeys and supervise performance in partnership with the digital team
• Working with our Propositional and Commercial teams to bring product updates and new products to market. Working on the messaging and positioning of the product in our sales channels and agent training & engagement activity
• Own the rollout of brand updates across all our core digital channels and physical Sky sites across the country. Briefing all relevant teams and ensuring all material adheres to brand guidelines
• Develop Messaging Frameworks, by working with our internal creative agency – you will drive the development of market-ready messaging that is compelling, differentiated, and clear.
• Activate Messaging Frameworks – You will develop an execution plan and be accountable ensuring all necessary channels, assets and stakeholders are utilising the new messaging framework documents.
• Be the gateway between the Broadband team and our call-centre estate, ensuring that they’re fully briefed on new offers and campaigns, as well as being armed with the latest competitor and product knowledge

Team Overview

This role sits within the Sky Broadband marketing team, which is made up of three pillars; ‘Advertising & Campaigns’, ‘Customer & Product Marketing’, and ‘Strategy & Planning’. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for bringing new Sky Broadband products to market (from messaging and positioning to brand asset development) and optimising our sales journeys (both online and call centre).
