This opportunity
The Senior Campaign Analyst will be responsible for customer campaign management across Vodafone using our SAS and Teradata analytical toolsets. Working as part of our team of Campaign Analysts, this role will service the Marketing function at Vodafone Australia to deliver effective and accurate campaign offer configuration.
Responsibilities
Manage E2E build and delivery of campaigns using SAS MA & CI360 (SMS, eDM, OTM, Push Notifications, Paid Media and Journey Builder) and orchestrate campaigns across channels. Data Management and Optimisation – utilise our data and platforms to propose the best ways to deliver personalised campaigns; Design and perform A/B testing, and ongoing optimisation to maximise open rates. Identify opportunities to optimise, simplify and automate campaigns and lead the cross- functional teams to implement the changes. As a Senior Campaign Analyst, contribute to the culture of Test & Learn in the team through embedding robust test & learn methodologies into campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights. Lead initiative to understand existing challenges and business problems, suggest ways to improve targeting through accurate and timely campaign reporting and the use of previous campaign findings to fine tune/improve marketing effectiveness. Devise and manage the implementation, development, analysis, targeting, and testing of new methods of increasing audience engagement, conversion, and monetisation numbers. Own all aspects of trafficking, optimisation, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability. Conducting regular split-testing on customer audiences, subject lines, landing pages, template designs and messaging. Adhere to the agreed campaign quality processes through carefully testing your own and peer’s work. Build and execute campaigns to agreed deadlines. Knowledge and experience
5+ years’ hands-on experience in the Customer Campaign Execution ideally in a telco, bank or subscription media company. Has direct experience with SAS CI360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or advanced knowledge on other campaign platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica, CIM, PEGA). Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure, ideally using Teradata. Analytically driven person with demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes. Understands data driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics and lead management. Innovative character keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach. Is a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with different stakeholders. Has the ability to manage conflicting priorities in an agile environment. Desirable
