About this role

  • Driving the key values of the organisation, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager for the purposes of Recruitment, managing and maintaining our casual workforce.
  • Business Development and sales involving client meetings, networking, focus on small to medium companies focusing on Temp to Perm recruitment solutions
  • Development of relationships to leverage opportunities
  • Start to end recruitment of potential permanent + temp opportunities in a wide variety of industries
  • Working closely with hiring managers to ensure securing best candidates for their roles.

    To be considered for this role; you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong Sales experience who specialise in white collar industry
  • Enthusiastic and Passionate about Recruitment thereby people, helping people find their perfect role that helps them achieve new skills and development.
  • Agency experience ideal
  • Ability to build remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, clients and candidates
  • Manages time and productivity with clear accountable targets.
