Operating out of unbelievably stunning offices in a prime location, this high-profile client is the true expert in their industry. With incredibly supportive management and fun collaborative culture, they are now seeking a receptionist to join their busy team.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering and transferring all incoming calls

Greeting clients, preparing and serve any refreshments as required

Managing meeting rooms and booking system

Internal and external customer service

Assisting property managers with enquiries

Incoming mail distribution & outgoing mail and couriers

Reconcile Australia Post account on a monthly basis

Reception presentation upkeep

Assisting with catering and set up for social functions

Staff amenities management

Ad hoc projects as required

General administrative duties

Light kitchen duties

Candidate Criteria:

Previous reception experience essential

Strong presentation skills as you are the FACE of the company

Confident personality to manage enquires professionally

Excellent computing skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
