Who you are Do you enjoy working in a hands-on environment? To be successful as our next Goods Flow Co-worker, we need you to have:

• The ability to do physical work including manual handling and repetitive lifting.

•Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
•Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling including repetitive heavy lifting.
•A forklift license is essential.
•You must have experience driving reach trucks.
•The spread of worked hours would range between 6am to 7pm. You may be required to work up to 3 out of 4 weekends.
Your responsibilities
You will be working with the goods receiving team, unloading containers, retrieving/locating pallets and completing replenishment of the store. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
•Receiving containers and unloading them using a counterbalance forklift.
•Locating pallets using a reach truck.
•Accurately picking and dispatching customer orders from our externally stocked range.
•Picking and loading the daily replenishment for the store.
•Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked.
•Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
•Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of yourself and your co-workers.

Together the Logistics team are behind the scenes that make sure IKEA products are always readily available to the many people. We use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimising costs. This is one department always challenging effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers all with the end goal of working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA!
