The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for Category Specialist to join our team in our Brisbane Corporate office, located in Brisbane City’s Central Business District.

This role will require you to identify and tap into direct supply channels from domestic and international markets and manage the supply chain life cycle from sourcing, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance management, risk management, and category management.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Demonstrated relevant work experience of at least eight years in a supply chain across multiple categories of spend.

Experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisation structures.

Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in remote locations (desirable).

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning program (JDE preferred)

Proficient with Microsoft Office software

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Professional customer service attitude
