Kerbside Officer – Gold Coast Airport

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic people to join us in the position of  Kerbside Officer  at our location  Gold Coast Airport , employed on a  Part time basis . You will deliver high quality customer service to the traveling public providing instructions and guidance to drivers in passenger pick up drop off zones.

The Position: 

Supervise the safety and security of all Kerbside areas including, passenger pick up and drop off zones, Bus bays, Uber and Taxi zones.

Deliver excellent customer service and positive communication to all internal and external stakeholders

Assist passengers with queries and directions of the Airport precinct

Requires self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously

Minimum Criteria:

Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job

Professional presentation and customer service

Willingness to work in a busy airport environment

Availability to work on a shift work rotating roster

Ability to successfully pass Drug Screening and Medical assessments

Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
