We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to fill Permanent Full Time position located in Perth.

Position profile:

The Recruitment Consultant:

The Recruitment Consultant plays a key role in supporting the filling of WACHS vacancies with the right people in a timely manner. The Recruitment Consultant performs a range of activities in relation to recruitment and selection across WA Country Health Service. The role undertakes tasks associated with advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, completion of selection report and onboarding processes. The role is also a supportive function assisting hiring managers across WA Country Health Service with their recruitment needs.

We are looking for responsive, highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with:

Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to liaise effectively with internal and external customers, at all levels.

Demonstrated excellent coordination and organisational skills with the proven ability to effectively manage high volume of work.

Demonstrated commitment and ability to deliver a responsive customer focused service with a personal commitment to continually achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
