About the Events and Sponsorships Graduate Program position

We are looking for a graduate Events and Sponsorship Coordinator to help organize excellent events. You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards.

Event Coordinator responsibilities are:

  • Paying attention to details

  • Managing all event operations

  • Contacting Speakers and Sponsors 

  • Negotiating with existing/new clients

  • Creating monthly/quarterly reports

  • Overseeing ongoing events

 

Event Coordinator requirements are:

  • Experience as an Event Coordinator/Planner

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Effective communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • BA/BSc in Hospitality, Business or a related field
