About the

role

Our commitment to delivering a high level of service has createdthe opportunity for a newly created role of Client and HospitalityCoordinator. This role would be suitable for someone with provenexperience in hospitality or similar roles that require a highlevel of customer service.

This position will be responsible for ensuring our internal andexternal meetings and events are supported through the organisationand management of catering and room set up for the requiredpurpose.

In addition, you will have a passion for delivering exceptionalclient service in all that you do and the flexibility to workadditional hours for scheduled events and functions.

What you will need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a similar role providing a high level of customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • Display a high level of attention to detail
  • Thrive in an environment where you must multitask responsibilities 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to be organised and show initiative
  • An understanding of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Management of internal and external catering requirements for staff and/or events
  • Room set up and wait service for meetings and events
  • Providing support and advice to the internal team on preferred vendors and suitability for events
  • Maintaining the amenities areas
  • Basic administration task in support of the Marketing team
