The Sky Advance manager is a sales focused role, leading agency relationships and campaigns to drive revenue growth. You will work alongside the broader team and sales controller to proactively generate new opportunities, maintaining positive relationships across a broad range of agency groups.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain key relationships across the agency patch
• Identify, build and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting pipeline management and development of compelling and creative strategic sales propositions.
• maximise incremental revenue by converting single campaign clients into long term, regular advertisers
• Work closely with the Sales Controller and other internal collaborators to run an agency portfolio
• Achieve company and AdVance revenue targets
• Ensure effective campaign delivery, optimisation, reporting and trafficking in collaboration with the wider team

What you’ll bring:

• Knowledge of, and ideally experience within, the digital media industry giving you a good understanding of marketing and media planning processes
• Existing relationships with key personnel at media agencies (ideally within the Dentsu, Havas and Publicis)
• A target driven approach and with the ability to be self-motivated
• Adaptable communication skills and developed sales skills such as persuasion, influencing, negotiation, forecasting, organisation and prioritisation
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
• The ability to think on your feet with a solution-based mind-set
