About the role

As an integral member of the ‘internal’ trade sales team your role will include:

Telephone customer service and sales with trade accounts

Providing exceptional customer service

Keying of orders

Liaison with manufacturing and despatch teams

Interaction with the field trade sales team members

About you

Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service team

Proven ability to work in a fast paced sales environment

Excellent data entry skills

Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results

Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

Strong safety awareness of all associates within the workplace

Flexibility to work within a rotating roster

Knowledge of the Building, Engineering or Fabrication industry will be highly regarded

Opportunities to develop into estimating and external B2B sales will be available for the right candidate.
