Your new opportunity

 

This exciting opportunity will see you plan and manage Insurance weather event response performance and activities with commitment to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with Insurance senior leadership team and functions across RAA Group. In addition, you will:

 

• Manage claims event response teams and ensure effective claims management and exceptional service for members impacted by events.
• Ensure claims comply with all regulatory and legislative obligations.
• Maintain Insurance weather event tools, processes, and forums required for effective planning and execution.

About you  

 

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

 

• Ability to provide strong leadership under pressure and make effective decisions
• Proven ability to identify and respond to issues and provide solutions with urgency, and clear communication
• Good internal and external stakeholder management and engagement
• Proven experience in identifying and implementing practical solutions where scale, consistency and efficiency are critical
• Can demonstrate a track record of management experience within the General Insurance Industry
