Position Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Events Coordinator – Administrator to join our College, start date negotiable. This is a permanent role with an FTE of 0.8 but spread over Monday – Friday.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Corporate Services, you will be responsible for administering and coordinating events primarily in the RNDM Theatre by internal College users and external users. You will promote the use and hire of the Theatre, and Koort Centre to the wider community and work professionally with current external users of the RNDM Theatre and Koort Centre.

Qualifications Required
Essential
• Experience in event planning.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Teams and Outlook.
Desirable:
• Tertiary qualifications in events management, marketing, and or business administration.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and or
• Responsible Service of Alcohol – approved manager level.
