This opportunity

The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the brand team to deliver world-class integrated campaigns that deliver to our Brand promise and commercial targets. As part of the Brand and Communications team, you will work with the broader business to differentiate us in the market and demonstrate the value we offer to deliver against Vodafone’s core brand and acquisition metrics. The role requires brand stewardship and leadership of the Vodafone brand across key stakeholders and the creative communications development.

The Marketing Coordinator has a great opportunity to learn and grow within the brand and Marketing team function. More specifically you’ll be required to support briefing, development, implementation, optimisation and reporting of campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collate FB Actionable Insights, Sales, Footfall, brand consideration and NPS for the brand team, working with the brand insights manager to ensure the reporting of campaigns.
  • Work with external parties including creative agency, media agency, production agency and internal team including performance media team, content and marketing operations to ensure that each campaign and project is implemented to meet each brief.
  • Assess creative to ensure it is on brief and to brand.
  • Work with all areas of the business to ensure the core proposition is integrated at all touch points along the consumer journey. Eg GTM’s
  • Conduct in-flight and post campaign performance reviews.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing communication activities including the success of key messages, tactics, budgets, timing and measurement.
  • Coordinate the briefing and execution of Vodafone tactical and planned marketing, activations, across channels within agreed deadlines, brand guidelines and seeking the required Legal approvals.
  • General admin support for the Marketing team.
  • Knowledge and experience

  • 2 years experience in marketing assistant or coordinator role (would also consider Marketing graduate with potential).
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications or similar.
  • A good understanding of the creative and production processes.
  • A proven track record of developing effective campaigns.
  • Combined passion for brand marketing and communications with a forward thinking, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Can operate in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Sound communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised and deadline driven with strong time management skills.
  • Optimistic and loves a challenge.
