Recruitment Administrator

BIS are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to support our Eastern recruitment team to assist with the onboarding of new employees for our Eastern operations. This is a full time position on offer for the successful candidate.

The role:

Assist recruiters with the collection of onboarding documentation of new employees.

Organise and coordinate medical appointments including Coal Board Medicals, Order 43s, and Preemployment Medicals.

Liaise with site administrators, managers to ensure all site requirements new starters at site are completed. 

Drafting of various types of employment contracts.

Work in close partnership with Eastern Site Administrators to ensure smooth onboarding/mobilisation. 

Requirements for the role:

You have previous administration experience and background (preferably within recruitment) 

You are reliable, trustworthy and able to work unsupervised or within a team environment,

Are able to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders from various backgrounds, 

You possess the ability to be flexible, and adjust competing priorities to meet required outcomes. 

As with all roles in the resource sector the successful candidate will have to go through a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
