    About the role:

    The administration assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the enrolment process. This can include responding to new enrolment enquiries, providing advice on the enrolment process and guiding parents through that process. A typical day might have you responding to enquiries, collating and recording enrolment data, providing updates, processing payments and registering students.

    Duties:

  • Responding to enrolment enquiries via telephone, email and website
  • Providing accurate information on the enrolment process (training provided)
  • Processing enrolment applications
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate manager
  • Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements with the finance department
  • Correct entry of relevant data for registration purposes
  • Preparing enrolment information packs
  • Assisting at information events where necessary
  • Ad-hoc reception duties if required
  • Required skills and experience:

  • Prior experience in an administrative position
  • Experience in school administration highly regarded
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other staff, parents and students
  • Experience with Synergetics/SEQTA systems highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a vibrant, busy environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Highly organised
