Location: Sunshine Coast QLD Work Type: Full time Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 Annually + Super

The Role

As the Senior Sous Chef you will be expected to support the Head Chef with running service, ordering, stock control, maintaining food health and safety practises, training and mentoring the junior chefs and helping to maintain the high food standards.

Skills and Experience

Great people management skills

Ability to multi-task

Excellent communicator

Love the rush of a successful, busy service

Previous experience managing a high preforming team
