THE ROLE:

Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place

Provide a memorable customer experience in a consultative selling space

Strong visual merchandising skills and organisation to ensure your store is immaculately presented and organised in terms of stock efficiency 

Motivate your team to achieve optimal results in KPI’s & sales and developing individual skill sets – acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity

Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

2 years + experience in Retail Store Management, preferably in apparel managing teams of 8 or more.

A motivated, organised & efficient operator with a passion for visual merchandising

A coach mentality to lead & inspire a high performing team 

Experience with effectively managing a roster & wage controls

Have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI’s

To
