About the Role
Due to our rapid growth, we’re looking for an experienced, dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be working closely with the Head of Client Relations and Senior Account Manager to build long term relationships and working on higher-value strategic projects you’ll actually be proud of.

With a focus on creative collaboration, you’ll join a dynamic, fast-paced environment working closely with agile teams on exciting strategic projects. Going just beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in the development of digital strategies for your clients.

We’re all about delivering high-quality work, without the churn and burn. Working with a host of blue-chip organisations like FMG, Rottnest Island, Lotterywest, Keystart, Western Power, Keystart, Murdoch University, VenuesWest, and more.

About You
If you’re looking to move away from shoe-string budgets and impossible deadlines, to work on innovative projects for clients who understand the value of true digital strategy, this is the role for you.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about performance with a proven track record of identifying opportunities to deliver value to clients.

You will be a goal-orientated team player who has a strong account management background with the ability to mentor junior team members.

Skills you’ll possess:

A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Previous experience in a similar role in Digital Agency is preferred.

Proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.

Be able to quickly develop an in-depth understanding key clients goals and business objectives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Jira is preferred.
