It requires deep industry insight, functional expertise and technology know-how that underpins an organisation’s strategic goals.Your OpportunityAs a member of the SAP Practice in KPMG , the SAP Manufacturing Specialist will play a crucial role by:

Being accountable for the overall design of the SAP Production Planning/Manufacturing functional solutions for both business development and project delivery purposes.

Delivering customer facing presentations and workshops and building excellent relationships with all stakeholders in a project and within KPMG and their team.

Working with external clients to design the required SAP solution, inclusive of SAP modules/components, licenses, infrastructure etc.

Developing the KPMG process roadmap for SAP functional areas aligned to SAP best practice processes, specifically related to future developments/platform changes.

Leading the design reviews of functional configuration/builds during the Design/Explore phases of a delivery/sales cycle.

Providing overall quality assurance for solution design of SAP systems for both business development and project delivery, specifically relating to Production Planning and Execution as well as Demand Planning and MRP.

Acting as SME for SAP Production Planning (PP), Demand Planning and MRP.

Facilitating client workshops and provide insights into both SAP Best Practice and Industry Best Practice.

Extensive experience designing SAP architecture and configuring SAP across Production Planning and Production Execution with integration to Finance/ Costing, Inventory Management and Procurement in both ECC and S4/HANA.

Deep functional knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of at least two of the following manufacturing processes is required:Discrete manufacturing incl. Make-to-Order/Assemble-to-OrderManufacturing for process industriesRepetitive manufacturing.

Expertise in Batch Management and Classification, and strong knowledge of Quality Management, Handling Unit Management, Serial Number Management and integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems.

Experience with Demand Planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is required including Stock Transport Orders.

Sound understanding of Logistics Execution and Transportation Planning processes.

Knowledge of SAP APO Advanced Planner and Optimiser and/or SAP IBP Integrated Business Planning is good to have.

QualificationsWe are looking for applicants that have:

Relevant SAP S/4HANA certifications

TOGAF certification or similar
