We currently have a vacancy for an experienced  Chef  to join our ASC family located in Osborne . Providing corporate level cuisine. This role will see you play a pivotal role in providing innovative and varied menu ideas. Work with one of the most diverse and career driven teams and work alongside one of the most impressive clients in the country.

Key Duties:

Liaise with/oversee breakfast catering for site

Effectively manage the cost of goods and/or food within the workplace

Establish and maintain a safe and secure workplace

Observation of and implementation of allergy awareness controls.

Creating and incorporating menu ideas for functions and events

To be responsible for providing great quality services to meet client expectations.

The Person:

Passionate about creating high quality and standard foods

Experience in bulk food production

Ability to work independently.

Good understanding of food safety practices & protocols.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional manner
