Our client, a 3PL warehouse based in Tullamarine, is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join their fast paced team. The warehouse manages supply chain solutions for a large variety of customers

What’s on offer?

Ongoing casual role with a view to perm

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (flexible hours)

Tullamarine location

$32.69 per hour

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

General administration and support to the Warehouse team

Customer service over the phone and email for general or stock enquiries

Liaising with internal staff

Use of Microsoft Office suite and ERP/WMS system

Collating paperwork, data entry & document filing

Creating consignment notes & invoices

Occasionally working on the warehouse floor – You will be creating labels and preparing stock for dispatch

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills:

Proven experience in an Administration role – warehouse administration advantageous

A bright and positive attitude with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good computer skills – experience using SAP an advantage

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Available 5 days a week on an ongoing basis

Have your own steel cap/safety boots and hi vis vest as the admin area is within the warehouse
