Situated within Crown Perth; Nobu is one of the world’s most recognised & internationally acclaimed culinary brands. Esteemed Chef Matsuhisa brings his innovative and intelligent fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with South American flavours to create the unique dining experience that is Nobu.

Nobu is now recruiting for a passionate and qualified Full-Time Commis Chef’s and a Demi Chef. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you will work with in our team to ensure that the cuisine stays true to the Nobu vision.

To be considered for the role, applicants must have:

Australian recognized trade papers OR Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent with a minimum of 900 hours of cooking experience

Knowledge of HACCP and kitchen hygiene practices

Full-time availability

Ability to work as part of a team to delivery quality food and service

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Good time management, task prioritization and resource management
