Christmas Casuals- Reservations
-Fun people environment with variety of hours and shifts on offer
-Perfect for Uni students wanting less hours during term and more hours during holidays $29-$40 An hour.
-Successful staff will be taken on an educational to visit the resort and feed the dolphins. There are also opportunities to work on island on cruise days.

A typical day as one of our Reservations consultants will include:
-Liaising closely with our agents and guests in our general reservations, inbound and timeshare departments.
-Answering of incoming telephone reservations from guests and agents in a professional manner and making reservations/cancellations on behalf of all guests
-Having a high attention of detail to process incoming email bookings via multiple email channels.
-Completing all associated administrative tasks with departmental bookings including payments and invoicing of guests and for travel agents.
-Training will also be provided in our guest check in process at Holt Street launch.
-Successful applicants may be trained in our “On Island” Cruise days. On cruise ship days the reservations team manage the meet and greet, the activity bookings also the check in for cruise activities.

-Proven experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably in a sales contact centre or administration role.
-Excellent customer service, problem solving skills and communication skills
-Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
-Team orientated with the ability to multi-task.
-You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, from 5.30am – 5.30pm and be available to work some weekends, after the initial training period.
-As weekends and public holidays are at times required, our casual’s receive public holiday and weekend loading.
