Based within the Perth Domestic, this is your opportunity to join Kitchen team, in a Part Time capacity.

As a key member of our team, you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy of ‘Feel Valued’ and ‘Feel Welcome’.

Key Duties
•Prepare and present menu items showing variety and flair.
•Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage, whereby you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining stock control procedures.
•Check that all cooked and pre-cooked foods are properly stored.
•Order necessary foods according to proposed business demands.
•Liaise with Front of House employees regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
•Keep all working areas clean and tidy.

Experience
•Previous experience within the hospitality industry in a similar role.
•Availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, afternoons and weekends.
•Reliable and hardworking attitude.
•Ability to work under pressure.
•An understanding of food safety requirements.
