About the Role:
We are seeking a Casual Sales Associates to join our team at Montblanc Perth, St Georges Terrace. Our Boutique Sales Team play a vital role as the direct link between the finest products and our clients. You will ensure a superior client experience throughout all touch points and build customer loyalty and relationships while delivering sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target
Build strong product knowledge of the entire line of Montblanc products
Stock control and inventory
Cultivate new and existing client relationships through memorable client experience and other CRM initiatives
Capture client information and actively develop a client base, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships
Appropriately resolve client issues / concerns and escalate as needed to Management
About You:
You will have outstanding client engagement experience from a retail or hospitality background. You will represent MONTBLANC as a passionate brand ambassador with a focus on delivering memorable client interactions
You will be provided with comprehensive and ongoing training
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in retail sales or a client facing role
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (a second language is desirable, but not essential)
A positive attitude and immaculate presentation
Flexibility across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as flex ups during promotions and events
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
Passion for luxury and client satisfaction
