The Gig
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist – SEM to join our Provider Marketing Team whose mission is to drive high quality & valuable activity to prospective practices and current practice customers. Reporting into the Provider Marketing Manager, the purpose of this job is to bring technical marketing experience, thinking and problem solving to achieve growth in the awareness of Healthengine.
Responsibilities:
- Setup, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads
- Perform ongoing iterative testing and optimisation of all SEM activity
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within SEM platforms or associated analytics/tracking platforms
- Regularly report on performance, insights and recommendations on SEM activity to internal stakeholders
- Work with CSM’s (Account Managers) to educate and correspond with clients for our client SEM product
- Support our client SEM channel by actioning requested account changes & providing advice to our Customer Success Managers
- To promote Healthengine products to both prospective and existing customers via all digital channels.
- Working across multiple channels including but not limited to Google, email, Facebook, and other social media
- To increase the team’s ability to continually measure and evaluate the performance of each channel’s ability to convert prospects by achieving a campaign goal
About You
You are a specialist in all things SEM, and looking to expand your knowledge and experience in general marketing. You flourish in a fast-moving, agile environment and thrive in a tech culture where growth is inevitable. You are smart, strong and passionate and always lead with head and heart. You are balanced; knowing how to have fun but how to focus and get things done. You speak openly, candidly and authentically to challenge yourself and others. Experience you’ll bring:
- Channel expertise – Google Ads campaign implementation/management/optimisation
- Deep understanding of web analytics and attribution e.g Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics
- General Marketing knowledge is a bonus (A/B testing, CRO, copywriting, email marketing, funnel marketing, photoshop/wireframing, html)
- Practical experience of tactical B2B digital marketing
- Experience using the following tools – Braze and Salesforce
