This challenging but exciting role will see you provide leadership to drive the overall performance of a key contract exploring ways to maximise business growth and profitability.To be successful in this role, you will be an advocate for our vision, and focus on developing an engaged and high performing service delivery team to create an exceptional customer experience with various stakeholders. You will have true ownership of your team and its ongoing success to be the very best it can be.To be considered for this role, we are looking for self-motivated individuals who posses Demonstrated facilities management / cleaning experience and background within a commercial environment managing a diverse range of sitesDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Proven ability to lead a customer focused team, communicating a compelling vision, building culture and driving success.Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to win the confidence of customers and other stakeholders.High level of proficiency and experience with MS Office suite and Work Order Management systemsCritical strategic thinking ability as well as strong commercial and financial acumen.Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills across a range of media with demonstrated interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to work irregular/extended hours, including nights or weekends as requiredWorking knowledge on the use and general maintenance of mechanical cleaning equipment advantageousPreference for the candidate to reside on the Gold Coast.
