>Canberra ACT, Sydney NSWThe Content and Brand team helps the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) deliver on its strategic objectives by producing the right communications for our users and stakeholders. Our small and agile multi-disciplinary team works closely with agency stakeholders to deliver communication solutions. We are responsible for:Managing the DTA brand and associated brand guidelinesManaging our corporate website, https://dta.gov.au, including design, content, and information architectureManaging our corporate intranetProducing digital content including video, animation and photographyManaging social media across all DTA channelsProviding visual design services for our digital products and publicationsProviding guidance on brand and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders across government.We are looking to hire an experienced Delivery Manager to work with the team. The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to help manage projects and workflows and provide guidance and alignment to our team priorities and vision.The key duties of the position include:Work closely with the Director to manage a small multidisciplinary team across content, design and development, including supervision of APS staff at various levels.Work with stakeholders across the agency to determine requirements and translate these to the design, development and content teamsManage the team’s workload, production schedule and workflow using agile methodology and tools.Provide oversight and guidance to align all products to DTA brand, style, content, and accessibility guidelinesGuide the development of https://dta.gov.au and the DTA intranet to meet the ongoing and changing needs of internal and external users.Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage design briefs and projects through the Content and Brand team.Work closely with the Director to implement the strategic vision of the branch and the DTA.EligibilitySecurity Clearance level required: Baseline (or ability to obtain and maintain).To be eligible for employment with the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA), applicants must be an Australian citizen.An applicant’s suitability for employment with the DTA will be assessed through a pre-employment screening process.
