The friendly and professional team will attend to your every need in one of the unique stylish settings we have on offer. Guests may choose to dine in our open plan fast paced restaurant, enjoy our leafy courtyard or have an intimate meal in the Library Bar. Bicicletta is also a popular option for group diners with two beautifully appointed private dining rooms and group dining menus available. We are seeking a passionate and vibrant Food & Beverage Attendant to join our energetic, service-centred Team. As our next Food & Beverage Attendant, you will: Be confident in your ability to help customers and have excellent communication skills Possess a willingness to adapt to different situations Run food and drinks as required Handle customer enquiries and complains in a professional manner and with a high standard of customer service Maintain and follow health, safety and security procedures at all times Always present yourself in a put-together, professional manner while retaining a high regard for personal grooming Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and public holidays What we are looking for: Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry The possession of a RSA is essential Exception organization and communicative skills The ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task while simultaneously completing assigned work within deadlines Why work for Accor?
