Afternoon Catering Assistant – Aged Care Facility at ElizabethSpotless Services is a market leader providing food services to the business, education and aged care markets in Australia and New Zealand. Your role as Catering Assistant is to provide friendly, attentive and efficient service to our valued residents, this role is working afternoon shifts during the week and weekends for 20-25 hours.Your main responsibilities will include: Providing excellent service to our residents Food preparation, including sandwiches and saladsGeneral kitchen cleaning dutiesDish washingPlating of mealsService to Residents of Food and Beverages To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: A passion for quality food and customer servicePrevious experience in food preparationPrevious experience in cleaning of kitchensPrevious experience in a aged care environmentUnderstanding of OH&S and food safety practicesAbility to unsupervised and reliable An ability to work as part of a great teamHave excellent attention to detail Applicant must have a valid police check and flu vaccination evidence.Previous experience in a similar role within the Aged Care Sector would be highly regarded.
