Key Responsibilities

Your role as a Sales and Service Consultant in the Terri Sheer Team is to connect our customers with new products and services to meet their needs. You will enjoy hitting sales targets while delivering exceptional service, speaking to customers over the phone and using your initiative to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience and passion for delivering brilliant customer service

Knowledge & understanding of the insurance market or property management experience would be beneficial

Ability to use initiative and possess strong problem-solving skills

To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations

Confidence to make and articulate decisions and deliver on promises

Professional written and communication skills required

Ability to lead by example, self-motivate, take responsibility and be accountable

A high level of attention to detail
