You will assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations as well as achieving your own KPIs. You will lead, inspire and develop your team daily to increase profitability.  To be successful in this role you’ll need to deliver effective leadership and possess a high level of operational knowledge. You will have the right balance between driving KPI’s and objectives to maintaining a healthy morale.
