The catering assistant is a varied role, which will see you operate within kitchen operations, customer service and interaction with residents. The hours of work will be between 6.30am and 8.00pm Monday to Sunday.The Person: Demonstrated customer service skills with good communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of commercial kitchen operationsAttention to detail as well as flexibility to move from one task to anotherPrevious experience in catering, front of house is highly desirable but not essential.Have or willing to obtain a valid police check and influenza vaccination inline with current legislation.
