Industry trained and experienced, we have specialists in each department who are willing to help where required. With a network of hardware and building supplies stores, truss and frame manufacturing plants, and a distribution centre we offer a diverse range of career opportunities! The Role As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the marketing and communication of K&B Timber & Hardware, providing overall support of marketing activities and social media communication channels in line with Mitre 10 policies and processes and provide content for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:Management of K & B Timber & Hardware’s social media and web presenceRoll-out and management of loyalty programsEnd-to-end management of local area marketing campaignsManage supplier-based promotional campaignsOrganise company eventsPreparation of board packs and strategy documentsCreate and manage internal company communications including newsletters, weekly updates and digital contentContribute to and manage staff and external customer communicationsManage and update company branding as requiredTravel and working away from home on occasions as per event requirementsAdhere to administrative requirements Required skills and attributes:Experience of website content management systems and social mediaKnowledge of email service providers such as Mailchimp and Survey MonkeyExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365 suite, Adobe Creative suite)Minimum 2 years marketing and communications experienceAbility to identify and prioritise requirementsExcellent written and verbal skillsExcellent time management and multi-tasking abilityExcellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyCurrent drivers licence required We extend a high level of autonomy to our people and believe our company is a friendly and rewarding place to work. Our people enjoy the benefits of a staff assistance programme, generous staff discounts, opportunities to train to diploma level and the bonus of a paid day off to celebrate their birthday.  To Apply Please submit a combined cover letter and resume telling us about yourself, your career achievements and why you see yourself working in the K&B Timber & Hardware Group. Apply now!
