Our News Media platforms are exciting, evolving and have the biggest audiences in Western Australia.We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Advertising Coordinator to join our team in a full-time 12-month fixed-term position, based in either Perth or Geraldton.Reporting to the Advertising Manager you’ll support the Advertising Team by: Processing timely Client bookings to prevent production and printing delaysCommunicating via email, phone and in person to internal and external stakeholdersUndertaking Advertising and Revenue reportsCreating presentations to support the Advertising teamConducting other administrative tasks to support the Advertising team To be successful in this position, you will have: Strong time management skills and be able to prioritise a busy workloadStrong written and verbal communicationA high level of attention to detailThe ability to be a strong team player and is highly motivatedProficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and OutlookHigh level of customer service and the ability to problem solve and find solutions to problems.
