DEPARTMENT The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is the area’s premier conference and event venue, boasting the ultimate beachfront location. We have 15 meeting venues within the hotel. We are seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join our busy Banquets Team. POSITION SUMMARY As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will provide friendly, courteous and efficient Food & Beverage service, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. The ideal candidates will be energetic, friendly, organized, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of guest service. Prior Food & Beverage experience, including Barista skills and bartending, is preferred. All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends. Only candidates with a current Queensland RSA certificate will be eligible for hire.
