Working across one of our major Government accounts, you willprovide end-to-end customer service through personal interaction and proactively approach queriesto find solutions for our client.A snapshot of this role looks like…. Providing a holistic “customer service experience” to staff and visitors, Assisting with staff members and members of other agency and departments with enquires over phone and email, Management of audio visual equipment, reception and meeting room calendars, Setting up of meeting room and conference rooms.
