Job Description SummaryAn opportunity has become available for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant supporting Cushman & Wakefield Facilities Services (Aust) Pty LtdJob DescriptionAbout the Role The Receptionist/Administration Assistant’s goal is to facilitate an efficient work flow in order to ensure a quick response in providing reception and administration support to clients, guests, employees and management.This person must have a professional appearance, have a friendly and helpful attitude and deliver a warm, welcoming and hospitable atmosphere at all times.The Receptionist is responsible for keeping the Reception area neat and clean with proper upkeep and maintenance to project a professional image of the Company.What You Will DoGreet, welcome and manage all office visitors and visitors log and passesAnswer all incoming calls from internal and external clients in a friendly helpful mannerDirect calls or messages to appropriate departments or employeesManage hard copy or electronic memo distributionsProvision of internal and external client supportLog all incoming calls and keep legible and reliable notes for client follow ups and assistanceManager prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence & materials in a timely and efficient mannerManage in and out employee register and recordsKitchen duties and ensuring employee amenities are stocked and maintainedMaintain and manage stock orders for print and other stationary, staff amenities and cleaning goodsEfficiently maintain and manage office printing and amenities equipment, servicing and repairsPhotocopying/scanning as requiredManage and maintain internal phone registerManage and maintain the register of supplier and sub-contractor registrations and licensesManage Company uniform register and supplyAbout You To be successful in this role, it is expected that you possess a relevant administration qualification, coupled with relevant working experience.You will be:Self-motivated and a positive team member.Can do attitude with a good work ethic.Good communications skills.Can work in a team environment and autonomously.Confidence in observing work instructions and practices.Good attention to detail.Background and Experience:Strong background in Reception and Customer ServicePrevious reception and admin experience expectedQualifications & Technical Skills:SACECertificate 3 in business administrationSkilled in use of Microsoft packages including OutlookThe successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment check including a criminal conviction screen.As an equal opportunity employer, Cushman & Wakefield encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and female candidates to apply.
