About Us

Searson Buck is Tasmania’s largest private provider of recruitment and consultancy services and has a long history of working collaboratively with local, interstate and global organisations. Searson Buck Health and Nurseline are expanding services within our business that provide exceptional candidates for roles in the Health sector across Tasmania. Due to a rise in demand of the market in this area we require an experienced health care worker to join our team in recruitment for permanent Nursing roles.

About you

We will train you to become a Recruitment Consultant so recruitment experience is not essential but highly desired. However the right attitude and drive is essential for this role. What we are looking for includes:

A hard working and determined individual ideally from a healthcare or recruitment background

Results focused and motivated by achieving your targets and getting the right candidate for our clients

A can do attitude, willingness to learn and work towards individual and group targets

A fun, enthusiastic, high energy and vitality for everything you do

An ability to build relationships fast

You thrive on a win and love to succeed

Speed and efficiency in your work style that allows you to get the best results fast

You are proficient across technology and the Microsoft Office Suite

You have experience in working to targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
