About the role As Assistant Branch Manager at Community Bank Fremantle you will play a key role in driving your branch and community forward, delivering tailored financial solutions to your customers. You’ll play a major part in the customer experience by helping to build the ‘balance sheet’ of each customer you work with and be committed to meeting the needs of both new and existing customers. You’ll also provide financial expertise in a range of lending products and services, including consumer lending, insurance and wealth management. As Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll be the 2IC within the Branch responsible for leading your motivated team to deliver exceptional service and sales results. You will have the ability to lead staff to cater for current requirements of the branch and prepare them for long term expectations. This position is located at Fremantle. The role is Permanent Full time, working a roster of 76 hours per fortnight but we are open to Part time hours so tell us what you’re looking for to see if we can accommodate. About you Knowledge of Loan Application Processing Systems and knowledge of Branch operations is required. Experience in Residential and Commercial lending is highly desirable. “Natural Born Leader” proven ability to manage, lead, mentor and develop highly effective teams. Ability to clearly communicate set targets and keep your teams accountable. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth. Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships. Why us?
