Porter – Concierge

JOB DESCRIPTION Hilton Adelaide is looking for individuals to park guest vehicles during peak Check-in and Check-out periods.We have multiple Casual positions available to park cars on Friday and Saturday early evening and Sunday morning.Attractive hourly rate of $32.00 per hour24/7You must possess a full/unrestricted South Australian drivers licence and be confident in driving both Manual and Automatic vehicles. What will I be doing? As a Porter, you will be assigned to work in the Concierge Department and whilst your key focus will be the parking and delivery of guest cars from the car park you will also be required to: Respond to Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times Ensure all Guest deliveries and messages are received effectively and efficiently Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team MembersWhat are we looking for? To successfully fill this role, it is desirable for you to have: Previous experience in a customer-focused industry Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Ability to work on your own and as part of a team Hold an unrestricted South Australian Drivers licence and be able to drive both an automatic and manual vehicle.
