Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maximising profitability such as through upselling, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and service;A commitment to ensuring guests receive a level of service which aligns to the Stamford Way;Responding to guest feedback/concerns in a prompt and professional manner;Ensuring operational efficiency of the outlet during scheduled shifts; Management and development of team members, ensuring a positive and motivating team environment;Accountability for personal and team compliance with internal policies and procedures, food safety and WHS protocols The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and attributes: Strong leadership skills and previous experience in the hospitality industry;Strong attention to detail, interpersonal and communication skills;A high level of personal presentation and grooming;Good computer literacy skills;Experience in using a POS system, Micros is preferred;The availability to work various shifts over a 7 day roster;Hold a nationally recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification; Culture and BenefitsAs a team member with us you can expect to receive: Leadership and career development;The opportunity to work with industry professionals in an exciting Hotel environment;An attractive food and beverage discount program.
