About the role We are currently searching for a Full Time Commis Chef to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade. Main Responsibilities: Primarily breakfast shifts for fast paced a la carte service Ensure that all dishes are prepared consistently and according to standard recipes Keep section hygenically clean and organised Monitor food costs by reducing wastage Requirements Cert III or higher in Commercial Cookery Availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends & public holidays Strong verbal communication skills A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
