This position plays a critical role in the supporting the recruitment and mobilisation of high-volume blue-collar personnel across various sites within the resources sector. Reporting to the National HR Manager this key role will provide an excellent opportunity to further develop your career and work alongside experienced industry professionals in a fast-paced environment. About the role Delivering administrative tasks to support to on-going maintenance and major projectsScheduling and booking of Pre-Employment MedicalsBooking of pre-mobilisation training specific to project sitesUse of various client approval systems for third party verification and site accessEnsure current / talent pool of candidates maintain compliant with the client requirements including RTO training and client inductionsMaintaining personnel records and training foldersEnsuring Altrad Services audit compliance and document control About you Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably supporting a recruitment or mobilisation departmentProven experience using internal recruitment and mobilisation tools such as FastTrack 360, ERMSAccustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environmentWell organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh attention to detail and strong communication skills Please contact our friendly recruitment team on 1300 142 806 for more information.
