Business Administration Support

Job Description Rentokil Initial has an opportunity for an organised Business Administration Support candidate to use their well-developed administrative skills to assist the Support Team based in Darwin on a permanent full-time basis.The key responsibility of this position is to provide full administrative support including: Providing support to national and key clients Accounts Payable responsibilities Banking and petty cash management Creating purchase orders Stock ordering Invoice receipting and reconciliation First point of customer contact for general enquiries via live and non-live contact Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Assisting with the compilation and generation of regular reports Ensure tasks are processed in an accurate and timely manner Responsible for keeping inventory of internal and external office supplies replenished Provide additional administrative support for other areas of the business as requested by line manager RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess: Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia (essential) Previous administrative and Accounts Payable experience (essential) Availability to work full time (essential) Drivers licence (preferred) Strong communication and Customer Service skills (written and verbal) Adhere to business workflow procedures Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and clientele Ability to work independently and within a team environment Tech-savvy with ability to navigate across multiple databases Exceptional attention to detail Data entry accuracy Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Provide on the job coaching and support where required The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment medical, police and reference checks.If you are a team player with strong administration skills and are looking to make the move to a global organisation with plenty of scope for growth and contribution to a multi-faceted organisation APPLY TODAY
