Your part in this journey will be to assist the National Business Manager in achieving the Sales and Marketing strategy for the business for the Salamanca Salmon Shop, ensuring a balanced approach to our ‘4 Ps’ (Our People, Our Planet, Our Product, and Our Performance).About the role:Based in Salamanca, the Tassal Salmon Shop is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the team! This is an exciting opportunity with a focus on operational efficiencies to ensure the shop team achieve store targets and goals, as well as developing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external suppliers and the community. This role will assist in the management of the shop, while working closely with the Mobile Salmon Truck team. Flexible role, 32-40 hours per week – over a 7 day working roster.About you:You will be a positive, enthusiastic and approachable person with the ability to relate to and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
