State Marketing Manager

Our client is a member-based organisation providing its members with professional services and products as well as Industry leadership and advocacy. Wood Recruitment has partnered with them to recruit a State Marketing Manager. This position is a key part of their Executive team and reports directly to the Executive Director. What you’ll be doing:The purpose of the role is to provide the organisation with expertise and capability in the areas of strategic Marketing, involving a range of important elements including brand management, integrated marketing, ecommerce, social media and business critical events and highly regarded awards. This position will be managing the overall marketing and communications strategy for their brand portfolio across the state. It leads the internal marketing team to deliver an integrated marketing and communication across the business unit and brands. What you’ll need:Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in marketing and business management.Excellent written and verbal communications.Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and relationship building skills.Demonstrated ability to operate under pressure situations whilst achieving outcomes.Ability to work outside of normal working hours.
